  "for the money, 59.00 it's great"

  Pros: very good picture quality

  Cons: setup with MCE and Vista

  Summary: I would recommend this to anyone for a first time tv tuner, the picture is very good but the setup is a little tricky, I still can't get MCE to find the tuner even with the downloads from hauppauge. I am not an expert on these things so if I can set it up anyone could. So for 59.00 from circuit city it is a real deal.
